Moving from Los Angeles, CA to Boulder, CO… it didn’t take long for me to begin spending most of my free time in the mountains; the fresh air, rushing rivers, serene forests. I began to ‘see’ my world differently. Now, whenever I go out into nature I am totally amazed at the beauty that I see all around me that I was oblivious to before.

In 2011 I met my boyfriend, Ryan, during our freshman year at the University of Colorado at Boulder. We instantly connected over the love of early mornings filled with big breakfasts and even bigger adventure. Every weekend we would head west; skiing, hiking, camping, or just going for long drives to take in the views of our wonderful state. To this day, nothing has changed.

I’m not a blogger, nor am I a photographer. But I am an explorer, and I love sharing my trips with others with the hope that they will be inspired to go visit these beautiful places for themselves. So take a look around and enjoy. 🙂

  1. I love all of the hiking pics you post!
I am a Colorado native and spent a lot of time, as a kid, hiking with my dad. Then as responsibility took over – a.k.a. Adulthood – I forgot how much I loved hiking. But the past few years, I have begun hiking again – four 14ers under my belt, so far; at least 20 trips to RMNP in the last 8 months, and plenty of hikes around the San Juans! I love this state for sure!

    1. Thank you so much! 🙂 I think that spending time outdoors is the best thing for a person– and it sounds like you are headed back in the right direction! The San Juans are absolutely beautiful, although far from the Front Range, it is on my “to do” list for sure. Colorado has been good to me!

      1. I used to live in the San Luis Valley, and did a little hiking then, but now that I’m in the Denver area it’s hard to get over there. But I still love it, nonetheless. 🙂

  2. You are so inspiring. Beautiful content both here and your instagram! If you ever need a hiking buddy, I am down here in the Springs and am in my early twenties as well!

    1. Hi Bri! Thank you so much! I’m sorry it took me so long to get back to you– I’ve been busy skiing and have not gotten on to blog much. Shoot me a message on Instagram & let’s try to get together for some hikes this summer 🙂
